Literary Photography

There is no such thing as a complete story. The ones that seem as if they are complete aren’t, they’re just captured a certain way. The right moment for a beginning and the right moment for an end. It’s literary photography, capturing the best portrayal of the events you’ve dreamed up. There are always loose ends though, always a way to add to it, to write befores and afters, to spin off.

When someone takes your picture perfectly it might seem like a perfect moment, but it doesn’t mean there wasn’t a moment before and after that image. Doesn’t mean that they wouldn’t or couldn’t take a picture before and after, if they could only travel back and forth in time. With stories, made up worlds, imaginary events… time has no hold. You get to decide on what’s captured.
