Sometimes you just need a change of pace, a new routine, a different approach.
Sometimes you just need to break up the monotony.
You can plan it out too if you want, but the truth is… a lot of the time it’s better to just go with your gut and do a few things off the cuff. For no other reason than that you feel like it.
More often than not “because I feel like it” is the best reason of all anyways.
